Today Housel Middle School honored Prosser's veterans, led by the 7th and 8th grade Leadership Classes and the ASB Officers. Veterans were recognized in a variety of ways. Ms. Parker opened by playing her guitar as she sang The Star-Spangled Banner, followed by a short skit, a video, and a candle darkening ceremony to honor our fallen veterans. The assembly was capped off by the HMS Band, led by Director Dan Norris, playing a medley of songs from the five branches of service, and Mr. Felicijan playing Taps on his trumpet. We were so excited to have the opportunity to host Prosser's veterans today. Thank you all for your service!
