Washington State History Day Competition Results:
Sixteen 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Housel Middle School students competed Saturday, April 27th at the 2024Washington State History Day contest in Kirkland. All students represented the best of Prosser.
These students included Brizia Munoz, Kyla Swayze, Sullivan Clark, Reagan Andrews, Enoch Akinbade, Zachary Wyckoff, Marshall Andrews, Atharva Gupta, Owen Denny, Haven Prieto, James Burns, Mina Choi, Noelle Phillips, Leah Oten, and Aurelia Carreon.
Enoch Akinbade and Atharva Gupta took 6th place in group website.
Aurelia Carreon took 2nd place Junior Individual Performance and qualified for Nationals!
Special thanks to Dean Smith and Kila Salyers Smith for their support of these students through the local, regional and state competitions.
