It’s that time of year to SCARE HUNGER OUT OF PROSSER! We are starting our annual Housel Middle School food drive on Monday, October 23rd and it will run through Friday November 3rd. Students are invited to bring non-perishable food items to school to support our local food bank.
This year HMS has included a friendly competition between SWAVID classes to see which class can donate most items. The winning class will earn a prize for their efforts.
If you are interested in supporting our food drive but don’t have students at Housel, HMS there is an easy way to support our efforts. Leadership students will be collecting food donations at Harvest Foods on Saturday October 28, 2023. These donations do not count toward SWAVID class totals but will go a long way to supporting our local food bank and families in our community.
