FinalForms.com (PHS Activities Registration)

For the 2023-2024 School Year, PHS has changed its online registration platform for activities & athletics (sorry!).  Families with students involved in any activities, including band & choir, are asked to register through https://prosser-wa.finalforms.com/, which will help the school track student eligibility for clubs, activities, and sports.

The full registration process takes about 15 minutes, and only needs to be completed once.  Future activities & sports may be added to a registration with only a few clicks.  

  1. Visit https://prosser-wa.finalforms.com/ and click "*New Account" Under the parent tab.

  2. Establish the parent account, then add students to that account and add their sports and activities.
