Graduation Diploma Packets

Diploma covers will be presented during the graduation ceremony. Complete diploma packets—including your official diploma, final transcript, and more—will be available for pickup at the PHS Main Office on the following dates:

• Monday, June 23rd – Thursday, June 26th

  • Between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

If you do not pick up your diploma packet by Thursday, June 26, it will be mailed to the address listed in Skyward on Friday, June 27. Please ensure your Skyward address is accurate. If your diploma is sent to the wrong address and not received, you will be responsible for the cost of a replacement. Diploma packets can only be picked up by the student or a parent/guardian. To arrange pickup outside the listed times, please contact the PHS Main Office at (509) 786-1224.

Final Transcript Requests

All final transcript requests must be submitted to Mrs. Schroeder in the Main Office by Friday, May 16. This ensures we know where to send your final transcript (such as to a college, employer, etc.). Any transcript requests made over the summer or in future years should be directed to the Prosser School District Office at (509) 786-3323.
