Leadership

Course Description:

8th grade students – required for 8^th grade executive council.  Grades, attendance, and teacher recommendations are all taken into consideration when being accepted into leadership.

Course Objectives:    Students will:

Ø      build communication skills

Ø      learn large group process

Ø      be involved in community and school service

Ø      become self aware of their own leadership potential

Ø      Improve human relations between adults and students

Ø      Be highly involved in school activities and projects

Ø     Learn managerial skills

Prerequisite: Application and teacher recommendation
