Algebra I

Course Description:

Prerequisite required:

Ø      Teacher recommendations and grades

Ø      Iowa Algebra Aptitude Test score

Ø      MAPS RIT score in mathematics

This course will be conducted as a high school Algebra course using the same textbook and teaching practices.  Students are expected to commit time each night to completing homework and studying learned concepts.  The work in Algebra I is rigorous and students will need to commit extra time to be successful.
