Office 365 Help

Getting Started:

Office 365 includes Office Online and works with your Office desktop programs.  Once you sign into Office 365 at the top of the page you will see a tab for OneDrive.  This is where you can create, upload or share documents and collaborate with people inside and outside Prosser School District (see example below)

As a district employee you will need to know your network username and password to access your account.  This is the information you use to login to your computer every day.  So for example I would use grahamb and add to my username when I log into office 365.  For my password, I will use my network password for my 365 account.  Your login will look like this,

You can use Office 365 to store documents in the cloud and work wherever and whenever you need to, you simply need a device that connects to the internet.

Some of the highlights of Office 365 include:

  • Use Office 365 to view and edit Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote in a web browser
  • Store documents in Office 365 and access them seamlessly in Office Desktop applications as old as Office 2007
  • Access and edit documents from your phone, tablet or other mobile device
  • Collaborate on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote with colleagues
