Text Box: I began teaching in 2001 as a substitute teacher. The next year I taught kindergarten at Whitstran Elementary School. It was the following year that I was transferred to Housel Middle School to teach math, and two years later picked up 6th grade science. Every day I am in the classroom reassures me my decision to teach was the right decision. The children’s future is important to me and I believe all the children of our community have the potential to be successful, and it is important for all members of our community to help them believe it too.
